A quarterly assessment, presently $87.00, is levied on each property owner. 

It pays for maintenance and improvements of all common properties, which include 2 lakes and 3 parks; many round abouts; all monuments and entrances; office wages and expenses; security patrol; streetlights; and other operational expenses of the Association.
