You are receiving this email regarding the statement you recently received in the mail.
Rest easy. There was a printing glitch that somehow added $87 to owners accounts. This amount was not actually added to your account, only on the printed invoice.
Please subtract $87 from the total amount shown on the invoice and that should be the correct amount owed to us.
If you would like to look at your account on our website, please do so. It will show your balance, all the payments you have made; the date it cleared the bank, the amount of the payment and the check number.
We are not sure why this happened. We apologize for this inconvenience and you can be confident it will not happen again.
To access your account online go to www.twinlakeshoa.com and log on to our private section. Then click on “My Profile / Account Information”.
We also accept credit cards for your Dues payments. You can stop by in person or we can take the information over the phone if that is more convenient for you.
