| Twin Lakes Homeowner's Association is Federal Way's premier golf course community. Developed and built by Quadrant Homes, Twin Lakes offers everything from lakefront living, to golf course homes, homes with views of Puget Sound to homes situated in its many cul-de-sacs. A Casual Membership in the Twin Lakes Golf and Country Club allows access to the tennis courts, swimming pool and Club dining room. A Golfing Membership encompasses all Casual Membership privileges, as well as golfing on the beautifully manicured golf course.
